We have been here many times and LOVE the place! Staff fantastic! Food ok and its always at least one dish that is fantastic and when they have their famous chocolate cakes... its more than fantastic! I want to give all people working here, from the manager to our fantastic housekeeping a big big 10 star !

The inchecking always takes too long time. And it depends a lot who is behind the desk. Some are very efficient and some very slow. Not a big deal though.

Wonderful

Very friendly and professional staff. Warm swimming pool. Cozy restaurant. Delicious food and helpful waiters. Room is clean and looking new.

Nothing, but you have to be ready that the animation is soft and very small beach area but clean and sandy.

Really good hotel

Small, quiet, and comfortable hotel. Professional service The hotel manager cared about guest satisfaction.

There were a few things I didn't like, but I can't write about them because the hotel manager, Mohamed Salama, fixed all the inconveniences within 5 minutes. I can only mention that the beach is very small, which is definitely a minus

Awesome place

The staff were so kind and always there to help should you have any requests. The service was awesome and the pools and beach were amazing. I loved that they had a heated pool and that they served snacks and drinks on the beach. Enjoyed my stay

We wanted great stay - we got it 100% ️️️

As always all was perfect, as work of reception (mr.Mohamed), waiters on restaurant and their great manager, barman at pool bar (Mostafa Asran), nice housekeeper (room 2112)

Horrible French animation team, high nose. If from other personals of hotel you feel hospitality, animation show that exist just one guests - French one, others nationalities as British, German are not welcome and as rubbish under the feet of this “professional group”. General manager of hotel are very friendly and ready to communicate with all guests, was very pleasant. Hope management will explain this group that such attitude is not acceptable

We liked Sentido very much. Its nice small hotel. Very quiet to relax. Special thanks go to Hotel manager Mohamed. He was always asking how it was going. Restaurant staff waleed and bar supervisor joussef. We will defenitly come back next year.

Wife is too week in rooms but hotel is working to emprove it.

Good times

We had a great time at sentido casa delmar. The staff was really kind and helpful. There are daily variations of meals, and it was delicious and even though the snacks were great. Jaz Hotel's beach was exceptionally immaculate and stunning. Thanks for Mina,Fox in the bar and Abdallah Ibrahim and Mr.Essam in restaurant

Excellent cozy place to spend your vacation

* The hotel is very family friendly and suitable for kids(1.5 year and 3 years), they were really happy and amused, pool for kids ,the playing room with the animation team and the playing area in the garden. * The food was really good with lots of varieties. * The staff was really friendly, helpful and nice.

Sentido Stay

The people were friendly. The rooms were clean,spacious and had a nice decor. The facilities was amazing.we had activities outside of hotel daily so didn't get to make use of everything. But enjoyed the pools and special shoutout to the following guys. ALI and Waleed. At the restaurant. Meena at the bar. And Mbapie from the animation team who was a whole vibe. We enjoyed an awesome fires how and foam party at the sister hotel on our last night. The food was excellent with a variety of options every day.

The only thing was that wifi was a bit bad in the rooms and only available near reception area which was a bit frustrating.
